2001 Camaro SS Currently me and my brother are both 50/50 in on an '01 Camaro SS. He has lost interest and I am buying off his share. What would you pay for this car?

132k Miles
Auto, 3.23's
Clean Title, I am 3rd owner
SLP Loudmouth II exhaust
SLP Lid
Paint is a 7.5/10, interior is 8/10.
The New:
New BFGoodrich KDW in rear (new in spring)
Water Pump, thermostat
Front pads, rotors, and calipers
The Needs/bad
BFGoodrich KDWS in front, will need to be replaced next year
Needs new pads and rotors in rear
Either need a new tire or rim, rim was cracked and repaired, but new tire on that rim is still leaking, not sure what it needs yet
Throwing P0420, getting emissions codes tuned out after the car is all mine
A/C Compressor clutch squeaks like mad when not engaged
Engine, transmission, and rear end work flawlessly with absolutely no issues.
I'm figuring around $500 in parts to take care of everything that needs to be done in the next few months.
So...what do you think?

Since it is your brother, you want to be fair with him and I would suggest something third party and factual that would not in any way hinder your relationship. Having said that, BOTH of you pull up www.kbb.com and look at the 'private party' fair value pricing for your zip code. Make sure you punch in the mileage. I believe that would be the best way to buy out your brother. Sometimes KBB can be on the low side but it will be quite close in this instance with the car's condition and mileage.
