Default 98' WS6 Formula

Red with about 40,000 miles. Automatic and does have WS6 package with the single tip exhaust. Aware that only a few were made. What's it worth?

Need more info. Sounds nice at face value with those really low miles but what condition is it in? How many owners? Is it stock? Clean title? Carfax OK? Maintenance records? Any repairs needed? How's the interior and exterior? Need tires or will there be an instant $600+ layout there? The list goes on.... if you want a good hard figure for what it is worth, otherwise the range could be from $3,000 for a salvage title car to $10,000+ for a prime example.

Guy collected Firebird/TransAms and is getting rid of them. Had 2 WS6 Formula's, couple anniversary Trans Am's and I think a firehawk. So i think it's safe to say they were well taken care of. One of the Doctors at work (50+ year old) was the one who told me she wanted to sell. Jus kinda wanted to give her a safe number.

Oh and I've seen the car twice and it's stock. Down to the single tip and no tint.

Wow!! That paints quite a different story. If a one-owner and in excellent condition, there will be a nice premium attached to that car beyond the price guides. With 40,000 documented miles I would ask in the neighborhood of $12,000. It may not fetch that price but it is a good area to start. You are quite right about the low production numbers for the Formula WS6 in 1998. The last info I saw indicated slightly more than 200 being built that year. To find a stock one with really low miles would be a real find for someone looking for a car like that. If the mileage was crazy low in the 10,000 miles range the seller could ask right up into the high teens but that is not the case here. Again, it may not sell for that money but it is not out of line to ask it. I feel $12,000 would be appropriate from what you describe. If there are any issues that you are unaware of, or the above criteria is not accurate, then lower that number respectively. Sounds nice!
