Default Whats it Worth ('94 T/A)

On Thursday I am going to look at a '94 Trans Am, about 2 hours drive from me.
Its dark green (not sure the actual name of the colour) with grey leather interior, it has 106,000kms (roughly 66,000 miles) it is all original, no mods of any kind, 2 previous owners (both upper middle aged) also has a 6 speed manual trans. I have looked at numerous (about 20) pics he sent me and the car looks immaculate. Seems to be pretty good value to me?
The guys Selling it is looking for $5900.00

What are your opinions, you guys know better than i do, i would be interested to hear some of your thoughts.

Personally I would look for a ls car for that. The miles look good but the lt1s are at there low point right now. Now if your looking for a lt1 car because that is what you want low miles and if its clean your not going to find them very often. The only lt car i would buy would be a 96-97 SS. But this is just my opinion.

Your T/A is slightly outside the normal pricing parameters of most 1994 F-bodies. Normally $5,900 would seem too high BUT with a stock, well-maintained, low mileage, 2 older owners, non-abused example it may be a good buy provided it truly is in really good condition with no needs and a clean title. If it needs this and that (repairs), then you would be putting too much $$ into an LT1 car. If it is 'turn key' ready to drive for the next few years, then grab it. Bring cash and tell the owner that you could only come up with $5,500 (in person, show him the wad). If he says "no", then peel off another 4 bills. All you can do is try. Good luck! Hope it works out for you.

Thanks for the help.
The price seems pretty reasonable, for some reason, these cars seem to be WAY more expensive up here (Canada) than they are in the lower States. I was surprised how clean it looks for the price.
I am going to take a look at it tomorrow, and will let you guys know what I think once I see it.
Thanks again.
