Title clear? Carfax OK? Is the $13,000 under 'private party' values?? My zip code shows $12,800 in 'good' condition so you are probably in the correct area. If it is, then ask that price and see what happens. That is what it is worth. I'll give the same advice as I've given others here. Selling it with the mods will seriously limit your potential buyers market, especially during the holiday season and in these tough times. You want your car to appeal to as many lookers as possible, including women and middle aged buyers who don't even consider 'modded' cars in most cases. If you do not have a choice, the $13,000 may be a real stretch unfortunately. If you do sell, best of luck!

id say about 11000-11500 , my bro bought a 00 hawk last year with 58 on it with headers , cam , ls6 intake , upgraded clutch and a 12 bolt for 10,700. And many suspension mods .
