Hey guys, I have a 1998 Z28 Camaro I am considering selling, the car runs and drives great, I average around 23mpg with it! not bad for a v8 auto car!
Mileage-189k , apprx. 120k on the LS1
I Have had it at the 1/4 mile track twice, first time I ran a 13.7@ 104mph,
Current state after tune- 13.1@107mph
I am looking for a price you guys would pay? Should I sell the Rims separate?
Options/mods -
Auto Trans,
3.23 in the rear ,
SLP lid,
18' c5 wheels w older tires and stock snowflakes w decent tread
ECU unlocked with HP Tuners
Custom Tune with HP Tuners Pro - remapped timing , fuel, and trans tune
some kind of aftermarket muffler , sounds good, dual 3 inch tips.
A/C delete
bad-
drivers seat is torn and kind of flat
brights work but youve got to pull the column down a little to get them to switch?
Pics And a Vid-

GF just bought a 2000 that is extremely close to this car..
I won't say what I paid for it.. But I personally wouldn't give more than 4,500$ for it. And that is if I was looking for one.
I have purchased/sold/seen sold/seen bought cars similar to this (and less miles) for right around that price, few cheaper few a little bit more.
I'm sure on here someone would post it for 6,000$.. You might get someone to bite, I would skip right over to the next thread.

Depends on your area. Car values in my area(nashville TN) are higher than the rest of the country, and any v8 truck or sports car is SKY HIGH.
Honestly that would fetch around 6-6500 in my neck of the woods if it were pretty clean and the a/c worked. Knock about 3,000 off that figure for it not having a/c in my book, that is a HUGE deal around where I live. If it were a flat out race car, it wouldn't matter, but that's somebody's daily transportation at that price and being mostly stock.
BTW, in 2010 I bought a 1998 Z28 convertible, six speed, that was extra minty for $7500. Had 93k miles. Buy of the century, I totaled it and got a check from the insurance for $9500, they valued it right at 10k minus my $500 deductible. The extra $2,000 paid my lawyer, don't drink and drive.

I like finding deals, my price was probably a tad on the low side of average... But it was what *I* would pay. Glad I could help.
