I found a fast 90/90 set for $950 shipped. Good deal?

Depends, you can get a brand new 92 for 850 shipped, maybe less. TBs range from 150 for an ebay all the way up to 4/500. So to me, I'd say no, it isn't that great of a deal.

the original 90/90 setups are hard to find... if its in good shape and its a nice T body it may be worth it.. does it come with fuel rails?

Yeah it comes with fuel rails and it looks like its in great shape

fast 90's are going to drop in price now that the 92 is back out. It costs $850 brand new so you can probably use that as a bargaining tool to bring that price down.
