Assuming it's a WS6 car (hood suggests it is but a lot of people swap hoods), I would suggest you start somewhere around $12,000 maybe and see if you get any bites. Because it is modded you will be marketing to a smaller pool of potential buyers.
Mostly stock 2002 WS6 cars with similar mileage seem to be selling anywhere from $13,000-$15,000 and yours is a couple years older and modded. I think $12,000 would be a good starting point....or you could ask a little more and just see if it jumps out at someone.
Just my .02.

Would like to know how many owners and if the title is clean. Any Carfax issues?
If everything checks out OK a 2000 T/A with 30,000 miles should 'normally' fetch in the $12,000 - $13,000 neighborhood via a 'private party' sale. If issues, or too many owners (more than 3 would be a lot for a 30k miles car), then this price range is too high. As posted above, the mods limits the market to younger males, generally the wrong group to try to sell to, especially for top $$$. The funds are limited and loans tough to obtain. Right now mods are bringing no extra value unless you get extremely lucky and find that one buyer that just loves what you have done with the car.
