02 BSM ws6 6 speed
It has a new ls2 clutch and aluminum flywheel (thanks Reckart Perf), the T56 transmission (also has a new slave and master cylinder)and engine are fine. The only thing wrong with this car besides the obvious is that it *may* need a new water pump, and the adjustable panhard rod needs new rod ends (10 bucks) or you could put my stock one back on it and it would be fine, it also has one warped rotor, but I have the stock rotors ( they have 50 miles on them) and I could swap them out. Its never been tracked/dyno'd/raced, and basically its in great shape. Im basically trying to gauge interest to see how much I could possibly get for this. Any parts missing or not there (for instance the front passenger light cover and molding for the door) are inside the car, and will come with it.
Aftermarket parts - BMR STB, SLP Bolt On SFCs, harlan shift light, aux in port for ipod, silver gauge faces with ws6 logo, WS6 stitched headrests, Lid/maf/smooth bellows, SLP y pipe, short throw shifter with lous short stick, SPOHN fully adjustable rear control arms, Granatelli adjustable panhard rod, silver collecters edition firebird rear taillight insert, cross drilled rotors all around wiht hawk pads.
ANyone have any ideas?
Generally a 'fair' condition '02 WS6 with 6 figures in mileage (and no damage)would bring about $9,000 although I would not recommend anyone paying over $8,000. With the damage I really can't advise a proper price unless I had an estimate. Do you have one? Need it to properly advise (guesstimate), plus you will still need one for a prospective buyer in most cases unless someone just wants the car 'as is'. If someone offered a price over 'trade-in' value I would jump on it. A trade-in price would be in the $6,000 - $7,000 area possibly unless the damage is much more severe than shown. A dealer might give you that $$ on a newer type car purchase if that is an option for you and you can't sell the car privately. I'm trying to be optimistic but....
