Wrecked 02 ws6 I crashed my ride a few days back and am just curious to see if there are any potential buyers for it and or parts if I bought it back from the insurance company...
It ran like a champ and the air bags never deployed during the crash, but has front damage and minor damage to the rear. Interior is immaculate/black leather and has a planet audio 7inch touchscreen, 10 inch kicker sub, 400.1 kicker amp with amprack and stealthbox...
Strong running ls1 with aftermarket headers, lid and k&n airfilter .
I'll try to keep the pics coming as time goes by. As of right now I do not know whether it has suffered frame damage etc...

Do you have full coverage? Im guessing not. May be worth your while if you THINK it may have suffered frame damage to get it to a shop and checked out. Was the accident reported? If it wasnt this defn makes it more attractive to potential buyers if they want to repair it and down the road sell it. You could also get a rough estimate on what it would take to repair it and deduct that from what you believe its worth and start there.

If the insurance company already has paid you or is about to pay you, then let them keep the car. It rarely works out for an owner to buy the car back unless they have the skill or ability to get it back to decent form themselves or if they just love the car and will spend serious $$ to get it alive again. Buying it back from the insurance company and then trying to make a profit from that is just not wise.

It's currently at a USAA inspection shop and I'm awaiting further info on the damage and I'll def keep it posted on here.
It's a debadged ws6 with a m6 tranny, and 115k miles on it. Immaculate interior and few tasteful mods. Unfortunately I'm having probs uploading images on here so if anyone would like pics feel free to text me at 254-350-0349 and I'll be more than happy to send me to you with additional details.

Well guys, it was totaled out with no frame damage but I no longer have it. If anyone in the area would be interested in it, check out "copart" in southern California... Now I'm off to find me an 05/06 gto...
