1998 Ws6 Has 123,000 miles, clean car well taken care of, automatic, c6 corvette wheels, flow master exhaust. The only thing wrong with the car is it needs rear shocks, 4inch rip in drivers seat , headlight assembly gear needs replaced and has typical scratches here and there for a 98. What is a car about like this worth?

Either buying or selling this WS6 is probably in the $6,000 range. Maybe a bit less with the few issues you listed. If an accident history or bad title then the $6,000 would not be applicable.
