Modded 99 Trans Am value?
Very Clean 99 Pewter TA with 65K miles Sleek beek, stock 16" chrome wheels. T-Tops, 6 speed.
Heads/Cam, 6.0L bottom end all proffessionally done. Koni shocks, Borla cat back, with QTP Stainless headers, LS7 clutch, 4.10 gears, and a few other misc stuff.
Car is mechanically sound other than a small rear pinion seal leak.
I was hoping for about $11K but am wanting to hear your opinions on a fair price.

Sleek beek?? I thought I was the last one left with one of those.
You certainly can ask $11,000 if that is what you want to start with, but your final real price will be much closer to $9,000. Even though your car's mileage is very desireable, the mods are going to scare away more people than attract. People see mods and fear abuse. It is just human nature. Not many will appreciate what has been done, even if professional like you stated.
The pinion seal is something you might want to fix before selling. I remember mine cost about $200 and that included changing the gear oil. Having a 'negative' in your ad just further limits the market you are already dealing with. GLWS!

Thanks for the input. KBB is about $9500 for reference for whatever that is worth. I was thinking I could get a small premium above that with the right buyer. There has got to be a few people out there who would like an already built up car without the hassle-I was one of them when I bought this car a few years ago.

You could be absolutely right. No harm in trying. You never know who is looking at any specific time. $11,000 certainly isn't a crazy high figure, just don't be disappointed if no serious responses.
