Need some advice.. Have a question not sure which way to go I just bought a nice barnyard find 98 z28 auto car runs and drives great has high milage 220k in good shape I have 3 Ss cameras already what I'm asking is should I try to sell the car outright or part it out which would be more profitable? I'm trying to put money together to finish my 2000 Ss I can't post in classifieds so I won't be able to put a ad out to part out any ideas where to start? Car is 100% complete right now ttop car has anyone out there parted out a z28 before? I'm a certified gm tech so diassembly won't be a issue just wondering of its worth it to part her out

I'd say try an sell the whole car. Since it is a 98 auto car with high miles, it won't have many desirable parts (ebony interior, low mileage ls1, 6spd trans). I'd put it in the local classifieds after cleaning it up and maybe doing a tuneup on it. Help someone get into their first ls1.
It's nada value is 2-5k based off condition. So it really depends on the actual condition of the car. You could part it out and maybe make more than $3k but it may take you a while to find buyers for everything.

Definitely a parts car as long as you have the patience. You obviously have the ability and motivation or you would not have bought it. Selling the car as a whole is possible but you won't make any money. I can't imagine anyone paying much more than $1,500 - $2,000 for a 14 year old F-body with 200,000+ miles. Sinking money into that car would be extremely unwise. It would be endless.....
