Default Gen 1 Firebird with ls3 - wiw?

I am new to LS1tech and have joined as I am interested in doing a couple conversions on a couple of my wagons, but have a quick question on what people think the value would be of a first gen firebird that has a crate ls3 with 4l80e already completed with about 1500 miles on it? It is a convert in what I would call a good driver condition (no major issues, just a fresh paint job needed and a couple odds and ends needed) FYI- I can't post pics yet. What would the value be if it were setup like a pro-touring car with the issues completed and fresh paint?

Thanks in advance for all your help. Looking forward to learning a ton from the site.

That is tough to answer because there are so many questions to ask. Would those few 'odds and ends' cost a lot?? How is the top? How does it work? Who did the engine conversion and was it done right? Any rust issues to go along with the need for paint?? A 'good driver' is too vague. I've seen $30,000 cars cross BJ auctions that were described as 'good drivers' and they were sweet with no paint needed. I've also seen 'good drivers' that are on the their last legs sell for $5,000. Too little info. If your Firebird is a generic #3 car with a properly installed modern engine you might 'guesstimate' that it is worth around $10,000 - $15,000 provided the odds and ends are reasonable. A recent Mecum auction had one of those #3 Firebird convertibles go for $26,000 and that included the buyer's premium. It didn't need anything. Where does your Firebird fit in to this picture?

Here's a couple pics. Needs gauges and a seat cover replaced. I would probably add disk brakes and big wheels and tires as well as it is running drums.
