Find the value of a regular '02 Camaro with 45,000 miles, which would be in the $10,000 - $11,000 area, and then add on whatever you feel might be realistic for all the work and mods. I would start at 33% of the cost (example: if engine and mods were $10,000, then ask $3,300 on top of the Camaro price). With a price now in the mid teens, finding cash buyers for cars like these is very difficult. It may not happen at all. It will take that one certain buyer that loves what has been done. Best of luck!
