Is the price right? Hello, new to the forum and to the camaros.
I just went and looked at an 01 z28 with the police package.
The car has leather, T-tops and looks stock on the outside. It has long tubes on it, stainless I believe, since no rust on them, MSD wires, auto trans, and 138,000 miles. The interior is ok, some tears in the seats. It needs rear tires (but has a fresh va inspection, imagine that!) The engine bay was clean, the paint was decent tinted windows crap stereo.
Just wondering what else I should look for on it, or to watch out for. Service light was on. (headers)? They are asking 3,000.00 for the car.

I would scan that check engine light just to be sure. Im not very up to date on the prices of cars but that sounds like a fairly decent deal and you could prolly talk them down a little more.
