2002 Special Edition Trans Am SETA value
This has been asked before but I didn't see any with under 1000 miles in this section or any too recent.
I have a 2002 seta convertible with about 1500 km's on it (in Canada). It's a manual, 1 owner that lived in a heated garage since new and obviously doesn't get out much. Never seen rain or snow. It's in as new condition.
Has a bunch of the factory documentation and accessories that came with it.
Looking for an estimated value for it. Wondering if it's worth selling or holding onto for a couple more years. Any feedback on estimated annual appreciation would be appreciated. Any feedback period would be appreciated.
Thanks guys
P.S. can't really figure out the picture thing but I'm sure you know what they look like.

Sometimes they are considered CETA (Collector's Edition T/A) here in the US if that helps with any 'searches'.
These 'like new' CETA's pop up every once in awhile and generally sellers ask $30,000+. Not many actually get that but they certainly try. Most sell in the upper 20's ($27,000+) with mileage under 5,000 or so. Barrett Jackson has had a few over the last several years and they usually bring the highest prices. One sold for $29,000 plus the BP, which is usually 10%. That might be the highest one I have seen. No way of knowing about private party transactions. I don't see the prices rising on these just yet. They are still too new for rapid appreciation. I'm just guessing but perhaps once they hit the 25 year mark, which seems to be the magical mark for collectors and paying the bigger $$$. The buyer's market is thin for these right now too. They will get snatched for the right money but not for over $30,000. Hope this helps a bit.

Thanks for the feedback. Seems to be inline with what I'm seeing elsewhere online.
It takes up a lot of room for something that I can't enjoy but tough to sell knowing (hoping) it's appreciating. Think I will hold onto it while it inches up to the $35,000+ range.
Anybody that really wants one that is super clean (not sure one can be cleaner), very low km's and it willing to pay a premium, fire me a message.

I remember an owner about two years ago that was desperate to sell a CETA just like yours with less than 10k miles. One owner, paperwork, etc... No one was biting at all. After awhile he had to price it in the low 20's before someone bought it. Never a good position to be in.
