02 Trans Am Bone Stock WS6, Silver, 6speed, one owner, clean history, 45k. What do you think is a fair price? Another question, is there any known issues with silver on these cars as far as fading or anything goes? Thanks

If you are buying you will probably be in the $15,000 neighborhood if the WS6 is in very good to excellent condition. Finding a one owner, lower mileage, 'non-abused' car is getting tougher every week.
Although Carfax is not fool-proof, make sure you get one to verify the one-owner and mileage status. If you find 'issues' then pay accordingly.
Look for other things, like tires which are expensive at $800+ for quality brands, and all fluids should have been changed on a 45,000 miles, 11 year old car. The paint should not be faded in any color if the car was garage-kept and maintained properly. Again, if an issue there, use it as a negotiating tool if you still want the car.

Yea I have to run a carfax. The owner has said he needs it gone and was listed at a higher price, thanks guys, hopefully it will work out. nI've been down the road of buying a car that's been in an accident unknowingly and I don't want that to happen again

As others have said here extreme caution is advised at the 11k price mark. A relatively stock 45k mile 02 WS6 is a $14K car all day long with a nice clear body and title.
