An anniversary car that has been heavily modified isn't your average sought after 'collector' car. Many people will love it but won't lay out the big bucks. The numerous posts over the past few years indicate that very little extra $$ is gained by modding. What you just paid for all those new mods is money gone.
The price guides are really shortchanging the anniversary cars IMO. Ex; Do you know in my zip code the difference between a 23,000 miles SS anniversary car and a 73,000 miles SS anniversary car is just $2,000? Sorry, that's just not realistic. The spread should be, and is, much higher. This is where the guides are messed up. Unfortunately people use these guides as the gospel instead of just using them as a 'tool' to assist them. A 'stock' 23,000 miles 2002 Camaro SS anniversary edition should fetch $15,000 at the very least if in excellent condition. With yours being in probably the 'good to very good condition' area (paint) and modified, I would say $14,000. Geez, I would hope so anyway. It is a thin market for your car as far as money goes. You could probably sell a dozen next week for $10,000 but not at $15,000. Ask whatever you like but be realistic. Lots of competition out there selling these cars. You have to be priced right. The following link is a one owner example and not sold at this time at $17k.
