2000 camaro z28
It's located in FL. It's a 2000 camaro z28 black with t tops.80,500 miles. Interior is great! LeAther seats, they show some wear but no rips, no tears. Interior has nothing missing, looks great, perfect dash! No stained up carpet or anything. Ac is ice cold! The t top shades were still in the factory plastic with the card when I bought the car. Just put them in for the first time.
Exterior is in good condition. Front bumper has rock chips, car has light scratches on it. Factory defective sail panel. Can see wavy paint but not peeling or bubbling. 2 dings on it. Overall for 14yrs old the paint looks good, it gets compliments everywhere! It's also sporting 17x9 vette rims, wrapped in nexen n3000 tires with some life left. Also aftermarket headlights were installed.
Drivetrain- ls1 w/ 4l60e . Only mods are lid,ls6 intake, STB, qtp longtubes , ORY y pipe, exhaust cut out,egr/air delete and a tune. Engine runs great! Starts right up. Tranny shifts smooth, clean fluid, just added a B&m Cooler!
Cars not "perfect" but it's in much better shape than a lot of f body's I've seen. Overall cond would be good to very good. Just wondering wat I could get for it?
Only reason I ask is I may sell it to get a truck in the near future.

First off, a big for a well written description. It's wonderful to have the sticker and paperwork with the Camaro too. The mods aren't too bad but it may turn off a few. The ice cold A/C in FL is a must and I'm glad you stressed that. I believe book values will be around $6,000 - $6,500 for a 'good condition' 2000 Z28 with those miles. That's a bit low IMO for your car so I think you can ask $8,000 ($7,950 for that psychological price point) and allow for some negotiating. If no bites or activity at $8,000 after a week or two, lower the price down to $7,500. I'm sure someone will make an offer at that point. The negative working against you is the 'book' price. Many buyers will not pay above book for an 80,000 miles car. I wouldn't either in most cases to be perfectly honest. I'm thinking you can sell for a bit more with what you have described though. Not a lot above but hopefully $7,000+. Give it a whirl and good luck!

Thanks for the insight and solid advice. I was thinking the same thing, anywhere from $7-8k.

Thank you KansasZ28. With you being in the 'buyer's market' you have expressed a solid and 'spot on' analysis. Certainly pay a little over book for a sweet car that fits what you want, but not too much. Usually just ultra low mileage near mint examples command large premiums over book.
