Default 2001 six speed vert on Ebay - WIW

Looks like a very decent price for this three owner 2001 6 speed WS6 vert with 37K miles + new tires. Bid to $13,500 with a $14K BIN. I can't recall seeing one with reasonably low mileage priced any lower. Looks to be a decent car from the photos. If someone were looking for a 6 speed vert this would be one to at least check out. Don't know the seller or the car. Just surprised to see something reasonably priced for a change.

This 21K mile 3 owner 2000 6 speed + new tires didn't find a home yet on Ebay. It was bid up into the low to mid $14's last time around. That apparently wasn't enough for the seller so it's pretty firm at or near $15K. The 2 cars are fairly comparable at least by the photos and the information offered...though I'd give the edge to the 2000 with fewer miles. 21K vs. 37K and 2000 vs. 2001. And with these 2 cars we pretty much know what they're worth.

I also agree about car #2, but strongly.
The 2nd car would be much better IMO because again, as usual, the 18 bids on car #1 are most likely 'fake' which is typical ebay crapola to generate excitement and desirability. A 'buddy' (with the 4 feedbacks) has probably bid the price up to what would be a good price for the seller to accept. $14k Buy It Now with reserve not met at $13,500??? Speaks volumes about the seller and his car. Caveat emptor.
The 21k miles car appears to have an honest seller as he mentioned the gas gauge not working. If he has the info on the two owners before him, that could be a good car.
I like this one even better. Too bad it can't be had for $15k too.

I like that one too. Too bad the consignor of that car is looking for something in the $30's. So very unlikely it sells this year. It will probably be up for "auction" every week until end of Sept/October. For $30K one can buy a very sweet Firehawk or WS6 Anniversary vert.

Ouch! $30k is too high. Yeah, someone posted about a gorgeous ultra low mileage '02 Firehawk 'vert that a dealer had for $27k awhile back. I was wondering if I should sell my '01 and upgrade to a'new' 'vert. Mine is still too nice, but it was tempting.
I also noticed no one 'bid' any further on car #1. That unreported accident (nothing on Autocheck. Carfax unknown) was certainly a drawback. Lord knows what it could have been but it was serious enough for the seller to mention. I'll give that to him anyway.

Pretty good price for a 20K mile SS if everything checks out....$10,900. While it's "only" a 1998 it's priced pretty nicely. The summer blow outs are beginning.
