01 SS Convertible. WIW?

01 SS Convertible. WIW? Been watching this one a while to see if maybe this is worth buying to flip in the spring. Here's what I know about it.
Black 2001 SS convertible.
53k miles
6-speed transmission
Looks to have base firebird 5-spoke wheels (not chromed or polished)
Looks lowered but there is no mention of it in the ad.
Stock engine other than a lid.
CME
Aftermarket chrome grill
Has 35th anniversary style stripes on the hood and rear deck.
Interior I would say is an 8.5/10. It does have some typical wear on the seats but no rips anywhere. No cracks in the dash or door panels.
Exterior is also probably an 8.5/10. I haven't seen this car in person, I'm just going off of the pictures in the ad.
The owner says it's been garage kept and all maintenance performed on time. What I don't know is how many owners or how long the current owner has had the vehicle. So with all that said, what do you think a realistic value is on this car in peak "car-selling season"? I understand that the demand isn't there this time of year for these kinds of cars to bring a high dollar price.

Are you're sure it's an SS? They've monkeyed with some basic stuff that would probably turn away most purists (wrong wheels, lowered, aftermarket chrome grill, wrong year stripes added). All that makes a flip that much harder. Hard to fully judge the car without quality pictures and no owner history. From what I can tell from the internet photos the engine bay is awfully dirty, interior and trunk area probably as well. Doesn't look like any of the previous owners cared too much about keeping it clean. The <$10K internet price suggests there are some significant issues on the car...even if just cosmetics.

Thanks for the reply. After a couple emails with the guy, he seems kind of shady in not being very willing to supply pictures or answer questions so I'm going to walk away from this one.
