2000 Firehawk....Thoughts? My dream car has always been a 2002 M6 Firehawk
I had fully anticipated on it being years before I was able to purchase one but scrolling ads I have come across this one. It is a higher mileage car but seems in decent price and based on the market of what I have seen as of late is very reasonably priced.

With that mileage and being a 2000 I'd figure a +$1K premium max for a Firehawk vs. a WS6. Seems like a very fair price at $9K/obo. I didn't know any better 3-1/2 years ago and passed on a pewter 2000 FH formula hardtop M6 with 28K miles priced around $12K. Deals like that aren't around any more. This FH with 97K miles seems equivalent to what mid to lower mileage 2000 WS6's are fetching (adjusted for mileage and 10% FH premium). Hopefully, the car turns out to be well maintained by a fussy owner(s). The engine bay photo looks clean...and sporting a replacement AC receiver/drier/LP line assembly. Driver's seat cushion doesn't show any of the expected wear/creases for this kind of mileage. Either changed out or the owners have been exceptionally gentle when getting in and out of the car. Being all stock is a plus.

SoCal cars are Very clean on the underside. Body rot it tough to deal with, but not any issue here in this region of the country. With this being said, show up with cash in your pocket. You maybe able to drive away with the car for $7500-8000 depending upon the urgency of the sale.
