Default '99 Z28 M6 Value

I've been kicking around the idea of selling my 1999 Camaro Z28 to fund another build. It's a 6-speed T Top car. Has 92,500 miles on the clock. It's a nice and very clean car with no issues. Completely stock. Body is in very good shape, paint is probably an 8.5/10. The cloth interior is flawless, which I would give a 9/10. Car runs and drive very smooth, everything works great. Clean title. I'm looking for some help on where to price it. I've sold many cars before but I'm having trouble setting a price for this one. Any help is appreciated. I am located in central KY. Still not a pro at posting pics yet. I can email them to anyone. Car is black in color.

There have been a number of WIW threads in the recent past on '98-'00 Z28's and Firebirds in the 85-95K mile range. Should fall into the $5K to $7K range. I'd figure $6K not knowing other particulars on the car such as # of owners, etc. To reach that $7K figure the car would have to be superb and up to date in everything. We've seen similar Firebirds nicely upgraded/freshened at 90K selling for $8K. This recent WIW thread can give some more thoughts.

If a 2001 SS M6 can be bought for $8700, then what is the deduction for 2 model years + 23K miles? My guess about $2K-$4K.

A little history of the car would be helpful. As stated above, the number of owners, the maintenance history, whether garage kept or not. Any immediate needs, like tires or repairs? Everything affects price.
Your car looks super in the photos. I know if you told me that the car was a one owner with full maintenance records, adult driven highway miles, new name brand tires, I would offer top $$$. If it's a 4 owner car left outside most of the time with one of the owners learning how to shift in it I probably wouldn't even be interested. You can see how different the scenarios can be. More info please.

Thanks for the input and sorry for the late reply. It's not the 1 owner garage kept beauty, but it's not the trailer park beater either. It's a pretty nice car, but it has been kept outside and the paint is beginning to show it. It isn't terrible, but it isn't mint either. I'm thinking the car is worth $5500-$6000 no problem. People still want $5500-$6500 for 150k A4 cars in my area.

There is a big difference between "want" and "get" similarly I see the same all over and the fact of the matter is these cars sit for the better part of a year and to be honest I think the seller just gives up trying.

I would use the local "market" to your advantage instead of allowing you to falsely raise your price to reflect theirs. The reality of the situation is if you have your car posted between $5500-$6000 and there 150K A4 car is listed at $5500-$6000 within reason it can be assumed you would make the sale over them which should drive for a quicker sale on your end.

I believe your $6,000 price range is very realistic from what you described. Ask a little higher to allow for negotiations. GLWS!
