Without details the range of price is huge.

Condition from #4 to #2?... since this is obviously not a #1 trailer queen.
Mileage? Though that's less important than condition unless you have documents to prove low mileage
How correct is the car with #'s and period touches or original major parts?
How rust free? How many body panels were replaced? How much bondo?
Is the drive train original factory down to the VIN #'s? If not, which ones?
Is the 4 speed a factory option or was it originally an automatic?
Factory PS, PB, console, posi, bucket seat, power window car? What gears?
Correct color and interior for how the car was built? Some colors bring sizable premiums.
Documentation from previous owners? Build sheet? Vin# plate, protecto plate, etc?
How much mechanical and cosmetic work does it still need? Fresh engine/trans/electrical?

Depending on the details it could be anything from $10K to $35K I suppose. Chances are it's a $10K-$20K range car if your neighbor "just brought it home"...probably for a flip. It's all in the details. A #1 restored all there factory correct, or superb original paint car could be $40K-$50K.
