Hello, Looking at a WS6 wanting info Im looking at a 1999 WS6 with 117k miles but its super clean, 3 owner, Long tube headers, y pipe, magnaflow catback exhaust. 3200 stall converter. Slp ram air intake lid was added. There asking $8500 for it is that a good deal? anything i should look at that is a common problem. I have seen it and looked it over it is a very clean car for the miles.
It does have tan interior and is auto, which kinda sucks but the wife has to be able to drive it.
I just want to see what people thoughts are of the price before i buy it.

If it is super clean and you want those mods already done, which is really nice to have already knocked out, I think it is a good deal.
For comparison sake I picked up my 2000 WS6 6-speed with 95K for 8500 and it was bone stock. But I wanted bone stock.

That's a fine asking price, but in terms of what it's actually worth, even with the modifications, that price is about ~$1k too high IMO (+/- a bit depending on region). We recently had an '01 black WS6 A4 listed in my area for $7k or $7500, it had similar miles and condition and took some time to sell at that price (stock, but '01/'02 has a bit more value). The autos just don't bring as much money.
