So first off, I'm just looking to see what would be an acceptable price to put my car up for which I know is not going to be much due to its condition but I can't let it set anymore and I need to do something with it.
most important first. The engine has a spun bearing I can't find anyone who wants to rebuild it and I myself am incapable since I don't have a garage or anywhere else to do it.
the engine was replaced before I got the car and when it went out had less than 75k miles on it, the engine is an lt1.
58 mm bbk throttle body, the throttle body and intake I believe had some light port/polish work done.
I believe the heads are aluminum but not sure. Had a melling high volume oil pump.
4l60e rebuilt transmission ac works well and the ac compressor was replaced about a year ago. Body has no rust to my knowledge car has bbk shorty headers and flowmaster exhaust, pan hard bar and some other suspension items i cannot recall off the top of my head. Has a couple spots where paint needs fixed but overall is very clean . The car ran very well and strong when it was running but I just pushed it too hard and now im paying for it. I know this isn't much to go on but any suggestions would be helpful and i appreciate any input.
thats a tough sell. Has some positives but you're looking for the right buyer i.e. someone who wants to build something out of it. I'd consider it a roller with a transmission, maybe list it for 3k obo? Can't believe you can't find anyone to rebuild it.
