Default Cam only LS1 long block worth

Having mixed opinions on the value of my engine. Co-worker is wanting to purchase it from me. Which will help fund my next build. He is installing it into a chevelle, so he doesn't want the LS6 intake or intake related parts. I have a L76 currently at the machine shop.
Engine specs:
LS1 with about 160k miles out of a 2000 camaro
853 heads (heads were freshen up about 3,000 miles ago).
Stock bottom end
ARP Heads bolts with GM multi-layer replacement head gaskets.
TSP Ported LS6 oil pump; Cloyes LS2 timing chain
Bullet cam .625/.625 , LS7 lifters, harden pushrods, BTR valve spring kit, Smith Brothers LS Bronze Bushing trunnions
LS6 valley pan/pvc

Engine is currently in my car, I drive it about once a week to work. Co-worker has ridden in the car. I am at about $1800 for me to pull it and deliver it too him. But I go back and forth, sometimes I think its worth more, other times a little less. Curious of others opinions. I see prices all over the place. But I think I installed some decent parts and that holds value, for a cam only LS1.

I think $1800 is on the high side for an engine with bottom end that has 160,000 miles and it's most likely time to go back through it again. But you also have to take into account for your time to pull it out so I can see where your coming from.
