Car-parts.com has a 4L60e listed for $850 with 150,000 miles. That also includes warranty it's a good transmission or your money back if I recall correctly.
No warranty from a private seller..
I've seen core charges listed of $500 to $700 when folks buy an upgraded 4L60e transmission from some shops for not returning a rebuildable core. Well cared for 4L60e that gets regular transmission fluid changes and new filters can go 200,000 to 250,000+ miles. So if the 4L60e has half of its service lift left.
Tne one with the warranty is $850, it does have value as a core too. So $375 to $425 seems pretty fair to me.
