I have a 1999 Trans Am WS6, unfortunately is an automatic. Its red, has T-Tops and is in excellent condition with 78,000 miles, no rust, always garaged. Mostly stock. Just wondering what fair marker value is. Thanks.

As a point of comparison, I owned a twin to your car until April 2020, with 51k miles on it. Sold it for $13,250. Still had the original tape deck and wheels on it.
First you have to be honest about condition. It looks fantastic in your photos but I have never seen an excellent condition car with those miles. Good to Very Good possibly. My '01 has less than 70k miles on it and it just can't be cared for any better. Also garage kept and completely stock. Between rock chips, general wear, a small door panel crack, and misc minor 'issues' the car is in good to very good condition. I am the original owner. My 'vert might bring a price of $12k on a real good day. In these times, maybe not even that. It's unfortunate. I would think you might be in the same price range but probably lower. No one would be scared off if you asked $12k but they will certainly offer less and that is up to you if acceptable or not. .
