Default Selling the 02 GMMG LS1 Complete Engine

Anyone have an idea of what I should get for the 02 GMMG LS1 I'm taking out of my 70 Chevelle? It came from an 02 Camaro 35TH SS with 22k on it. I put it in 10 yrs ago, drove it here to the new house, and has only been fired up about once a month. Has all the original GM wiring and even the complete a/c system, clutch and flywheel. (was bolted to a Muncie 4-speed) Power steering and alt. A complete set-up. I got hit head on in the work truck in a traffic accident and never got around to doing anything with it. I've decided to rebuild the original 396 an re-plant it. Just a change of heart I guess. I miss the sound and feel of the big block. Also have the complete GMMG exhaust, headers, minus the cats.

I live just east of you and sold a 56k mile 1999 Camaro SS engine for $2,000 but without the computer. Not exactly apples to apples I know.

I will PM you as I am local and may have a need for it.

My setup is 100% complete. Factory computer, wiring, a/c, radiator, condenser, hoses, headers, exhaust...etc. UN-molested wiring.

It's tough to say, if you had a GMMG Phase 2x Camaro with 22k miles, you'd get easily 40k+ for it. I wouldn't think the engine alone would bring extra cash just because of the GMMG name. With the mileage(Assuming it's still 22k) I would think you could get at the very least 5 grand all day. Then again, a buyer may want to upgrade their stage 1 GMMG and since they are no longer able to, that type of buyer may be willing to spend say closer to 10 grand. I'd put it up for somewhere in the middle at 7500 or so. Maybe i'm wrong and the rarity of it brings extra $.....Just out of curiosity, what happened to the Camaro the engine came in?
