2002 1LE SS Camaro what’s it worth
I have a 2002 camaro ss that is a 1le/second sticker option that I’m not real sure how to value. The car has 133,xxx miles and is still in extremely good shape and was told it had a signature from Henry hega under the hood. The signature was dated in 2004 but idk where to go to get a value for this car. What would you think its worth.
Certainly a rare car but those miles will really hurt. Low mileage, I mean really low mileage, like under 20,000 miles, bring the $20,000+ prices. I saw one in Tampa sell for over $20,000 but again it had those crazy low miles. What do you sell yours for?? Someone would have to want to own one just for the sake of saying it's rare. The collectability value is basically nil. Maybe start an ad in the $12k+ range (whatever you feel comfortable with) and see if you get any bites. If none, then apparently there is little interest. Just lower the price slowly until you hit that sweet spot when you get some interest. Good luck!
Just for grins, did you see this one?

Just to satisfy my own curiosity....Would a GM.. RPO 1LE (discontinued midyear 1999) car be valued differently or the same as the SLP/ second sticker version of a1LE car...?? If they were both in the same condition and mileage...

^^^ Same situation. Mileage in the 6 figures usually keeps the collectors away. Restoring these 'modern' cars to showroom condition just isn't on anyone's radar yet when you can still get those 'showroom' low mileage examples from time to time at the major auction sites. Why go to the bother? Even paying $40k for an original gem is still cheaper than buying a high mileage car and restoring it. Never mind finding the shop and then the long wait involved. One day perhaps, but not yet.
