Value of 1970 Cutlass?
Has a tired Olds 350 in it. No posi rear so one wheel peel bonanza!
Has some rust bubbling under the paint near the door. Underside looks clean. Trunk pan & floor pans seem to be solid.
Does not have working heat or AC, but comes with a complete Vintage Air kit (Not installed)
Disc brakes up front, drum in rear
Power steering, power brakes, manual windows and locks
Does not seem to be loaded with bondo (Magnet sticks to quarter panel)

This Mecum auction may help you as well. The car sold for $18,150. No idea what was working or not. That's why I suggested mid teens as preferable from what you described..

Regardless, in this current market many vehicles are selling for much more than they did just a couple of years ago. 30% increases are not out of the question, and lately quite typical. If this was a $15k car 2-3 years ago then I could easily see it being a $18-20k car today. FWIW, I had an offer on my Nova this summer that was about $6k higher than previous offers (ones from before the "world ended")....which was later followed up by two other offers in that similar range, so I guess that's just where the market is at these days. On a side note, why is it that folks only seem to want to buy your car when it's not for sale? LOL. If I decide to sell it next year, probably nobody will want it. Haha.
