Default 2000 WS6 Convertible Value

This is my car, has been for 3 years now and I'm not looking to sell anytime soon. When I bought the car I set up my agreed value policy for $15,000 but prices have become stupid since then. Am I severely undervalued and should I increase the agreed value for this year's policy renewal?

2000 Trans Am WS6 Convertible
58,000 original miles had 55k when purchased in 2020
Paint is in great shape with very few minor blemishes but can use a good claybar
Original convertible top in excellent condition however can use a good scrubbing
Interior excellent condition except for minor wear on drivers outer bolster and normal cracks on doors
Monsoon Cassette + 12 Disc Changer, traction control, power top, rear defog and don't know what else on it are options
Completely stock except the filter charger and wheels and tires, the antenna mast has been replaced since these pictures, I don't have the original airbox or floor mats but I do have the original rims with crap tires, no ASC # but I do have an apology email from Marcus
Edit: I have the original tonneau cover but not the bag, that's the only top up picture I have
So what do you guys think, is it worth more than $15k from insurance?

Yes, I have a 2001 T/A 'vert with 80,000 miles now after a 5,000+ miles Rte 66 trip not too long ago (2021). Hagerty set me up for $16,500 agreed value and since then has told me to go higher. In a few months when the policy is up for renewal, I will increase to $18,000. Why?? You can't fine good or better condition T/A convertibles very often with prices in the teens. There are always great buys at times but it's not common. Too many are now in fair condition or need something or other which drives up the value.
You should raise the value IMO if it isn't too much extra money for you. For me, it's really small, like $20 or $30 because of my age (68).
