1979 Firebird Roller, What is it worth??
It's a nice car in decent shape, with only a few minor rust spots around the rear window and the passenger rear fender. see pictures.
it has a headliner, but no interior, Dash is Not cracked, no drivetrain. Originally had a 301.
I have patched, and seam sealed two sections of the passenger side floor, then base and clear coated.
I removed the frame, had it down to bare metal, sprayed with epoxy primer and Eastwood chassis black. Inside of the frame was then sprayed with
internal frame coating. While the frame was out also removed the front half of the undercoating, sanded and repainted with chassis black. The back half still needs to be done, or not, OCD.
Corvette hubs, ccp spindles, Stainless steel brake lines, c6 brake calipers (low miles off ebay ) z51 rotors, bought one US Mags Rambler wheel (18")
to check clearances etc., All new steering components, tie rods, and steering shaft. All new brake lines, (still installing at the moment,) Brake booster and
master cylinder. New front core support.
Qa1 upper and lower control arms, springs, double adjustable shocks. Polyurethane subframe mounts.
have other various parts.
Paint has various chips and a few dents, rear bumper paint is cracked and needs a respray. Was repainted once 22+ years ago.
I know I'm missing things, Have extra parts etc, but you get the idea.
Any input is appreciated, or interest? Thanks!!
US Mag Rambler wheel.
I think you would be better off putting the stock suspension back on and selling it as to MOST people, its worth pretty much the same with or without the Qa1 stuff and vette brakes.
Its missing so much stuff it would cost a fortune to finish, and being a 79 301 car its not that hard to find one running and driving with similar body for around 10k.
