Default GW question... not the same as others

I keep reading over and over about the Greg Weld ordeals, and i was wondering... Maybe i am blind but has nobody on here asked about the Pro-Lite Greg Welds? I hope i am not by myself, but i am not a fan whatsoever of the dragstar design on Firebirds/Trans Ams. can anyone with knowledge of this subject enlightnen us?

I will see if I can help. I purchased the Prolites from Summit. The fronts are the 15x3.5 and the rears are 15x8. I had no problems with clearance on the front. The rears were a different story all together. Extensive grinding of the brake caliper is required. I actually ended up changing the rear end and switched the rear brakes to a cast metric style caliper. It still required significant grinding.

I can't say I have seen a car with the prolites on it, but I dont think they could look better than the Dragstars, but like I said, I'd have to see them on a car first!
