Wheel Troubles

Hey guys what would cause a wheel thumping, like every rotation of the tire, thump thump thump thump.....Its the front tires for sure because when i put my firehawks with new rubber on it goes away. when i put my privats on with used bfgs thats when it comes it. the firehawks are 17's privats 18's and the front needs an alignment after lowering. also nothing visibly noticeable when wheels are taken off.

****, i just got these and am out of coin after the drivetrain swap. i guess ill have to narrow it down to which one and just buy one before next season. thanks
