will a 19x10.5 rear wheel for c5 or c6 vette fit on my trans am with a flush fit? here is the link for the rims i am interested in. they have the offset and everything you need to know. thanks alot.

You will need a 1.5" spacer.
The fronts in either 19x9.5 or 18x9.5 will fit with no issues.

However, if you're spending the money for forged Weld wheels, you can get some direct fit wheels for the same price that don't require the use of spacers, which may or may not be safe. CCW should be around the same price range.

Since the advertised offset is 70 mm . . . as is no they will not fit . . .
To bolt up you would need an adapter to change th offset to anywhere between 38 mm to 50 mm . . . meaning an adapter between 32 mm thick (1.25") to 20 mm thick (3/4").
1.5" mathmatically is too thick . . .
