Could I go 19x12 in the rear with 325's? I'm thinking about a 19x12, 18x9.5 offset. If any of you guys could be any help, I'd appreciate it. Looking for a tire and wheel package here to buy when I get back from this sandy country.

Only if youre prepared to do a fair amount of modification to the car. In fact I wouldnt doubt that you'd need a mini tub to fit a 19x12. At the very least a lot of BFH mod, rolled fenders, and an adj. PHR. Not to mention, I dont think any company makes a 19x12 to fit an f-body. Which means you'd have to get a Vette offset wheel. Minimum of 1 " spacer I believe. (at least thats what the guys are using who put OEM C6 wheels that are 19x11).
It would look awesome, but will never fit without effort.
The 18x9.5 would be fine, I have the C6 wheels in that size up front.

You can fit a 19x12 with the correct offset without mini tubbing or major modifications. Mine are 17x12 and I barely had to BFH and they fit perfect. Any custom wheel company would build the wheels with the correct offset.

Depends on how much clearance one is looking for. Enough just to be able to drive the car, or enough for Daily driving and corner carving. Theres a difference. My 18x10.5s needed BFH and an adj. PHR. They are the perfect offset, they clear the bumpstops, yet my fenders do not need rolling. I am running a 295-35 tire on them.
