Default Balancing ET Streets

Just wondering about balancing ET Streets...what happens if they spin on the rim? Do you just have to keep them lined up with some sort of reference point (like a dot or something on the tire lined up to the valve stem)? Or do most people not need to balance ET Streets?

you really do not need to balance the rears, there is no point. the first time you do a burnout with them they would be off balance.

usually you would screw a et street or drag to the rim just to be safe .... if your rim is spinning in the tire your loosing time

the tires need to be balanced. i always take some aluminum tape and put over my weights so they dont sling off during the course of their stay.
