I have continental extreme contact, they cost about 90 bucks. They hook and handle pretty good. Good in the rain. Tread seems to last a while too.

But theres allot of choices out there, tires that aren't directional will save you allot of money too.

When it comes to tires you get exactly what you pay for .... a $100 tire is a $100 tire....the difference between a sumitomo or any other cheepie tire and a BFG, GY, yokohama, or michelin is like night and day...I have ran them all....for an all weather high performance radial I like the goodyear GS-D3 better than the rest ... plus they are the widest tires offered in what ever size you like ....

Smart *** answer . . . Round black ones . . . .

But in all seriousness, Tirerack does have reviews on their site, and are damned helpful in choosing your tire.

IMHO, when it comes to tires you get what you pay for.
