What size rims?
What size rims? I'm getting some rims around income tax time and I am wondering what size. I am debating between some 17s or 18s. I like to play with my car and am wondering if the 18s would be too big. I am going to be putting some stickys on the back, just wondering what you guys would suggest.
First question is budget.
18" tires are pricier than 17" tires . . .
18" tires have shorter sidewalls, and gain less striaght line grip . . .
18" wheels IMHO are awesome on F-Bodies.

Well I will be different. I have had 18 and i currently have a 17. Like said above the 18's have a smaller side wall, which in turns to a stiffer ride. 17's to me give the best of both worlds. Softer ride. Looks fine when lowered. Price is cheaper with 17 and easier to find drag tires for them as well.
