Rim Questions
Rim Questions I have a few questions for your guys.
i have a 02 ws6, that i want to put the C6 Z06 hyper silver rims on it.
well my future modds puts the car over400whp, so i am planning for 315s..
yes i know i need a wide rim and a 9 inch wont do, i read thesticky..
but my question is, what do you guys think about putting a 18*10.5 on the rear and keep a 17*9 on the front? im going to use the nitto 555r DRs on the rear and eagle F1 gsd3's on the front.... any suggestions to as how this would look? if possible maybe just get 18s all around??
also, if i chose to get the 18*10.5s, would they fit?

personally i dont like the look of staggered wheels, i'd say stick with either 17 on all 4's or 18's ...not sure if you really want to put a 10.5 rim up front, get a 9.5 up front 10.5 for the rears
At first I thought you were talking about the real Z06 rims LOL, if you stay with the 17's up front you might be limited with brakes I don't know what your plans are for that. I had 315's on my bird and I'm making about 330-340 to the wheels and no help, but the Nitto DR's help a little do you have a 6spd? Bald Nitto's help a lot at the track LOL.
i have the m6 with nittos on the back now. i am going to stay 17s up front only if it would look badass with 17s up front and 18s on the back like the z06 does... but i just dont know. problem is they dont make the replicas in a 17x10.5
