tire and wheel questions

tire and wheel questions well i came across a deal today i COULD NOT pass up. these are brand new mind you with the stickers and **** on still on them.. 2 275/40-17 sumitomos and 2 315/35-17 goodyyear eagle rs-a's.. for $300 
i need to know what size rims i can safely run the 315's on. 10.5 or 11? also the front? 9.5? how about backspacing? and i know the bump stops are going to have to go but i was wondering about other clearance issues people have with 315's. anything that can't be fixed with a BFH?
also i wanna know what everyone recommends as far as chrome or polished aluminum. i'm leaning towards chrome now but havent fully made up my mind yet..
