Any way to machine bolt pattern?
If you are using a spacer/reducer, the studs will have to be cut off and the spacer will need to be thick enough for lugnuts. You would then need a spacer with studs installed in it on the right bolt pattern for the wheels.
As if that part isn't bad enough.
The larger the bolt circle, the less load the studs are subjected to (there is actually a great article in Chevy High Performance this month about wheel studs). Trucks use the larger bolt pattern to deal with the loads imposed by the heavier vehicles. On top of that, your F-body wheels will almost certainly be load rated for less weight than the wheels that your truck came with. The tires will be rated for less weight as well. All of these factors have the potential of adding up to a "bad" situation under the right conditions. Personally, I wouldn't try it.
