Will I have any problems fitting these wheels on?

18x9.5 fronts with 275/35/18 and 18x10.5 rears with 285/35/18.

All stock suspension, but may want to lower it 1.5" in the future.

IMO, 5/16"(new offset +50),3/8"(new offset +48.5),or 7/16" (new offset +47) spacers for the rear; take your pick!
The fronts should be fine as is!

Where do I get spacers at and how would I install them? The bigger the number, the wider the rear tires will look correct?

I would also get some ARP wheel studs for use with the spacers.

FYI, the smaller(pos.offset#) number = wider track
