Default Potholes

Can the City be responsible for a pot hole messing up a set of tires or rims? Just curious on this one. I hit one that was not visible till the last second and It put a bubble in the rear pass tire and I'm afraid it warped my rims front and rear pass side. Let me know if any of u have had any luck with city payin for anything like this. Thanks justin

You are out of luck. The city isn't responsible, and it would probably cost you more in lawyers than it would to fix the damaged tires/wheels.
