Re: Weight of Bogart wheels? depending on which one....For LS1's they avg. about ~10.5 lbs. Offhand, prostars are about 14 lbs. It's not only the weight of the rim but how the weight is distributed over the diameter of the rim.
Depending on the application (LT1, LS1) The BS VERY similar to the welds rears shy under 7.5. The lugs needed are shorter by about 3/8" of an inch (LS1) (5/8" LT1). They also don't use the large washers welds lugs have...they require the smaller style washers like SST, McGard etc uses.

Re: Weight of Bogart wheels? they are a signifigant difference over welds, not sure exact weight, but side by side they are alot lighter.
not sure on the backspacing, and the weld lug nuts will work, the fronts need a smaller washer, but thats all.

Though weld lugs/washers may work initially(normally used with prostars or draglites), they are NOT recommended your relying on the washer to take up the additional space needed before the lug will seat onto the rotor...over time as the aluminum rim compresses and the washer compresses, this may create a dangerous situation whereas the rim is not seated firmly onto the rotor.

On thursday i'm going to have my 26x10 hoosiers put on my bogart rears (15x10) and you can see how light they are
i also have 15x4 fronts with 28" ET Fronts
