Burnout damage ?

Re: Burnout damage ? I don't think that your tire will pop. My buddy has done some pretty f-ed up burnouts with regular tires(non performance) and they usually will start to come apart or will just rip a hole and go flat. I would never do any burn out that long on a nice looking car.

Re: Burnout damage ? Actually why not just do it. Let us know how it turns out. It's your car. If you want to risk f'ing it up go for it. Better yet have someone video it.

Re: Burnout damage ? A buddy of mine used to have an old Gran Prix and he would do a one-wheel-wonder burnout until the tire blew. The tires were just plain old street radials and they would smoke and finally boom! He stopped spinning as soon as he heard the boom.
