Ruff or TSW wheel Quality

Ruff or TSW wheel Quality Hey guys,
I am looking to get some new wheels and have found a couple sets I like, right now its between Ruff R278s and TSW Jarama.
I have tried searching for some info on the quality of the wheels, but have not found much. I know several guys here have the Ruffs, but the store in town told me they stopped carrying them awhile back due to quality issues. I have also heard that the bolt pattern on them are not exactly right for F-bodies. Does anyone have input on these wheels? To the guys that have them, do you have to use a plastic hub spacer also?
As for TSW, does anyone know much about this company?

Tsw is a better Quality wheel then Ruff.
I have seen some ruffs like many others of the same wheels and styles with pitting and flaky chrome as well as defective chrome.
