Tire size

I purchase my hawk last year. I just notice that I have 235-35-17 size tires on all four corners.

It came with original painted 17in firehawk wheels. I am looking to purchase chrome wheels, should I stick with the tires that I have or return to the standard size 275-40-17?

I prefer a 285/40/17 out back

This (285) is what I have run on both 17s and 18s. Its only a centimeter wider but it works well. There is a more limited tire selection in this size though.
